We are now looking for a full-time Office Manager job at Mountain Peak Air to answer phones, dispatch technicians, manage accounts receivable, light bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.

– Excellent Customer Service Skills
– Friendly and Positive Attitude
– Honest and Trustworthy
– Excellent Task & Time Management Skills
– Proficient with Computers and Technology
– Able to handle high-stress in the summer and be a productive self-starter in the slower seasons.
– Undergo Background Check and Drug Test
– Experience with HVAC a Plus
– Experience with QuickBooks a Plus
Starting Pay: $12-14 depending on experience.
